Common use of Mailings Clause in Contracts

Mailings. The Union shall be permitted use of the employee mail boxes, PROVIDED the handling of all such mail shall: (1) be by Union representatives; (2) be of no additional cost to the College; (3) be handled in a routine manner. A copy of each such mailing shall be sent to the President. The Union agrees to make every attempt to assure that materials distributed at the work sites will be responsible and will reflect general standards of good taste.
