Main lane Widening and Rehabilitation. DB Contractor’s design shall consist of widening main lane pavement as needed to accommodate the Basic Configuration. Main lane Widening and Rehabilitation. DB Contractor’s design shall consist of widening main lane pavement as needed to accommodate the Basic Configuration. All existing main lane pavement within the limits for the Base Scope and each DWC for which TxDOT issues a DWC NTP described below shall be considered rehabilitation pavement areas for which the DB Contractor shall construct widening and perform pavement rehabilitation on existing main lane pavement to be left in place. a) I-20/South Loop I-820: a. STA 157+04 to 179+25; and b. STA 181+25 to 208+75; c. Proposed widenings shall match adjacent main lane pavement section; b) US-287 South leg: a. STA 138+00 to STA 219+24.38 (southbound main lanes); b. STA 140+25 to STA 219+80.91 (northbound main lanes); and c. Proposed widenings shall match adjacent main lane pavement section c) Any existing pavement repairs beyond the Project ROW necessary to address any deficiencies resulting from DB Contractor’s Traffic Control Plan. d) DWC-1, East Loop I-820 (Xxxxx Avenue to Brentwood Stair): a. STA 579+50 to 590+30;

  • Cardiac Rehabilitation This plan covers services provided in a cardiac rehabilitation program up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
