Common use of Maintaining Coverage Clause in Contracts

Maintaining Coverage. The Partners may require copies of any insurance policies entered into by Operator, and Operator is responsible for annually verifying and confirming in writing to the City that all sub-contractors, agents, operators or workers meet the minimum coverage and limits plus maintain current certificates of coverage, and that all work activities related to this Agreement shall meet minimum coverage and limits, with any sub-contractors, agents, operators or workers complying with the same insurance requirements as Operator.
