Professional and Association Dues. Upon request of an employee, the Employer shall deduct the annual professional registration dues paid by the employee from the salary of the employee provided that such registration is required for the employee to work in her position. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that all registration information is currently submitted to her Association within the submission deadline.

Professional and Association Dues. The Committee shall pay all dues and associated costs of memberships in the American Association of School Administrators, the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents and Learning Forward and other national, state and local professional organizations. In addition to such dues and costs, the Committee shall pay all the costs associated with the New Superintendents Induction Program sponsored by the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

  • Professional Development Leave A. Policy. Professional development leave shall be made available to employees who meet the requirements set forth below. Such leaves are granted to increase an employee's value to the University through enhanced opportunities for professional renewal, educational travel, study, formal education, research, writing, or other experience of professional value, not as a reward for service.

  • Professional Duties Professional duties defined in this Article identify the responsibilities performed by full-time faculty. Duties specific to individual programs shall be determined by the supervising administrator.

  • Association Dues Deduction ‌ When the Association provides written authorization to the Employer for deduction of membership dues, the Employer will deduct from the employee’s salary, an amount equal to the dues required to be a member of the Association, depending on their permanent or non-permanent dues rate. The Agency will provide payments for all said deductions to the Association each pay period.

  • Professional Liability insurance shall be written with limits no less than $1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 policy aggregate limit, as applicable.
