Maintaining Transitional Duty. To remain eligible for Transitional Pay, the Employee must cooperate with, meet when reasonably requested, and respond to information requests from the Managed Care Organization (MCO), Third-Party Administrator (TPA), Risk Manager, health providers, and his/her supervisor.
