Maintenance and Operation of the Water System. The City covenants and agrees that it will operate and maintain the Water System in accordance with all governmental laws, ordinances, approvals, rules, regulations and requirements including, without limitation, such zoning, sanitary, pollution and safety ordinances and laws and such rules and regulations thereunder as may be binding upon the City. The City further covenants and agrees that it will maintain and operate the Water System and all pumps, machinery, apparatus, fixtures, fittings and equipment of any kind in or that shall be placed in any building or structure now or hereafter at any time constituting part of the Water System in good repair, working order and condition, and that it will from time to time make or cause to be made all necessary and proper replacements, repairs, renewals and improvements thereto.

The Agency will maintain and preserve the Water System in good repair and working order at all times and will operate the Water System in an efficient and economical manner and will pay all Operation and Maintenance Costs as they become due and payable.
