Maintenance Costs for Licensed Standard Software Packages Covered for .NET Server(s. New World agrees to provide software maintenance at the costs listed below for the New World Licensed Standard Software packages described in Exhibit A. 90 Days No charge Year 1 $57,280 Year 2 60,860 Year 3 64,440 Year 4 68,020 Year 5 71,600 Assuming all Exhibit A and B products and services have been paid for, and after year one of the SSMA has been paid for and completed, in the event Customer does not appropriate funds to complete payments due under this SSMA, the amount due for the fiscal year not appropriated shall be terminated; provided, however, the Customer shall have given New World ninety (90) days written notice prior to the anniversary date that they are exercising the non-funding provision, and further provided that any other payments due to New World are fully paid, and further provided that New World’s obligations and services under this SSMA shall also be terminated. Without Customer’s fulfillment of the above provisions, Customer’s obligation to pay New World the annual SSMA payments remains in effect through the expiration date of this SSMA Agreement.

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works International Competitive Bidding. Goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Xxxx has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Xxxx. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Xxxx (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Xxxx, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Xxxx will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.

  • Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works The following table specifies the methods of procurement, other than International Competitive Bidding, which may be used for goods and works. The Procurement Plan shall specify the circumstances under which such methods may be used: (a) National Competitive Bidding (b) Shopping (c) Direct Contracting

  • Technical Barriers to Trade 1. The Parties or Signatory Parties shall apply technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures in accordance with the provisions of the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade. 2. The Parties or Signatory Parties shall cooperate in the fields of technical regulations, standardization and conformity assessment procedures, with the aim of facilitating trade.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Procurement of Goods and Works Except as ADB may otherwise agree, Goods and Works shall only be procured on the basis of the methods of procurement set forth below:
