Common use of Maintenance Division Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Division. The hours of work for Fire Department EVT’s shall be any continuous eight (8) hour period between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., forty (40) hours per week; one-half (1/2) hour lunch break; and, based on mutual agreement between the Fire Chief and the employee, a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice shall be given for change of shift.
