Maintenance of Sanitary Facilities. The Employer shall maintain hot and cold running water and toilet facilities at the terminal and shall keep the same in a clean and or- xxxxx condition in accordance with State laws and regulations. Em- ployees under this Agreement shall not be utilized to accomplish such maintenance.
