Maintenance Schedule. Each manu- facturer shall establish and maintain schedules for the adjustment, cleaning, and other maintenance of equipment to ensure that manufacturing specifica- tions are met. Maintenance activities, including the date and individual(s) performing the maintenance activities, shall be documented.
