Common use of Maintenance Tool Allowance Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Tool Allowance. A maintenance tool allowance of one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125) for tools required to fulfill the duties of employment as Maintenance Man, will be provided once in each Agreement year, upon presentation of purchase receipt(s).
