Maintenance Tool Allowance. Skilled employees who require hand tools in performance of their duties shall provide their own tools as specified by the Maintenance Team Leader and shall be responsible for care, maintenance and replacement of same. a. Each maintenance skilled trade employee shall be granted an annual tool allowance of one hundred and seventy-five ($175.00) for each year of the contract. b.
