Where the Employer has made a definite decision to introduce major changes to the regular roster or ordinary hours of work, production, programme, organisation, structure or technology that is likely to have significant effects on employees covered by this agreement, the Employer will notify the employees who may be affected by the proposed changes and their representatives (if any).
