Managed Network Service. CBTS will provide management for the customer network that consists of the CPE leased to the customer. Managed Network Service. Cincinnati Bell will provide management for the customer network that consists of the CPE leased to the customer. The following RASCI chart outlines the roles and responsibilities for common network management activities: Monitor Leased CPE Equipment (24x7) A R Collecting network metrics A R Reporting on overall performance A R Completing network MAC requests, work requiring less than 30 minutes of work to complete A R Completing network project requests, work requiring greater than 30 minutes of work to complete R, A C Software/firmware upgrades and updates A R In-life support, tier 1 through tier 4 support A R Site cabling R, A C, I Management and/or monitoring of customer-owned CPE (equipment not part of the SNAP product) R, A I Cincinnati Bell and/or a third party contractor selected by Cincinnati Bell will install the leased CPE at customer locations. If unable to install due to incorrect reporting of site viability, Cincinnati Bell and/or a third party contractor selected by Cincinnati Bell will perform a Site Survey while at the Customer locations. It is the Customer’s responsibility to correctly and accurately submit information to Cincinnati Bell as requested to verify site readiness. If a Site Survey is required a charge of no less than $175.00 will be applied to the first customer bill. It is Cincinnati Bell’s responsibility to make normal network management move, add, change (MAC) request changes. These changes are classified as those that take less than 30 minutes of work duration to complete. Work requiring greater effort than this are classified as Projects and are out of scope of the Managed Network Service. This work can still be completed by Cincinnati Bell but will require a separate Statement of Work and will be billable work as a separate project. Monitoring of the leased equipment will take place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the case of Network Outage the Mean Time to Repair shall be 4 hours. No SLA is provided for availability.

For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Provider Network The Panel of health service Providers with which the Contractor contracts for the provision of covered services to Members and Out-of-network Providers administering services to Members.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans.   • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

It is the final portion of the Loop that in multi-subscriber configurations represents the point at which the network branches out to serve individual subscribers. 2.8.3.2 This element will be provided in MDUs and/or Multi-Tenants Units (MTUs) where either Party owns wiring all the way to the End User’s premises. Neither Party will provide this element in locations where the property owner provides its own wiring to the End User’s premises, where a third party owns the wiring to the End User’s premises.

  • Unbundled Network Elements 35.4.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement. 35.5. Collocation 35.5.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Collocation are set forth in Table Two of this Agreement. 35.6. Call Related Databases 6.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Call Related Databases purchased pursuant to Part J are set forth in Table One of this Agreement.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.
