Site Readiness. The Buyer shall notify the Seller in writing on the exact date when the Equipment may be installed at least 4 weeks prior to such date, ensuring that the deadline for the performance hereunder is maintained. The Buyer shall invite the Seller, with sufficient advance prior to the Equipment installation, to inspect the premises into which the Equipment will be installed, so that any potential defects or deficiencies may be removed prior to installation pursuant to Section 4.1. The Buyer shall be obliged to allow the Seller, once the deadline set forth in Section 8.1 hereof expires, to install the equipment at the place of performance. The Buyer reserves the right to extend the installation deadline by a written notification to the Seller (delivered to the address specified in 1.2 hereof), if organizational reasons on his part warrant so.

Site Readiness. Scheduling will be performed when the Project Implementation Questionnaire (PIQ) has been completed. Readiness details include, but are not limited, to the following items: • All equipment has been delivered and is in close proximity to the installation site. • Power drops, air conditioning, and network infrastructure are in place and are functional. • Customer has obtained all applicable software licenses and has necessary permissions and consents on all applicable equipment to install the software. • DATA ON ANY IMPACTED EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN BACKED-UP. DELL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF DATA. IT IS CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY TO SATISFY THEMSELVES THAT ALL DATA HAS BEEN BACKED-UP AND THAT THE BACK-UP IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, AND AVAILABLE FOR RESTORATION IF NECESSARY.
Site Readiness. Site readiness describes the minimum Site requirements related to circuit entrance and/or demarcation extension, power (including an alternative or power source), environmental, ground, security, and overall Site preparations for a successful installation of Business Wi-Fi. Customer is responsible for all negotiations, permits and communications with the building owner/leasing agent as it relates to Site construction and readiness, including but not limited to: (i) notifying Sprint and the LEC when all Site readiness requirements have been met and (ii) providing a suitable environment for equipment based on manufacture specifications. Business Wi-Fi requires a consistent power source. Therefore Customer must provide a back-up power source via generator, uninterrupted power supply, or other conventional backup/conditioning devices. 4.3. Design Approval. A construction site for an existing facility that requires relocation, replacement, or a new service is ready when: staking is complete; area for the gas installation per the ONG Design Map is clear and accessible; owner has notified tenants of work; and traffic control has been coordinated, if applicable. If applicable for commercial sites, the external plumbing kick out must be installed and desired riser location marked.
Site Readiness. If the Subcontractor enters onto a job site that has not been cleaned by the prior xxxxxxx, the Subcontractor shall contact Contractor immediately, and the cleanup due to the prior work shall be the responsibility of Contractor. If Subcontractor is unable to contact Contractor, the Subcontractor shall make a written list of the necessary clean up, and submit the list to Contractor. If Contractor is not contacted as provided above, the Subcontractor shall be responsible for cleaning up the job site in preparation for its own work including scraps, leftover materials and waste from both the prior work and the Subcontractor’s work. By commencing work under this Master Agreement, the Subcontractor accepts the cleanup work as previously performed by others and the existing substrate.
