Management and Planning Reports. Medical Management shall supply Doctor's Care on a regular, periodic basis, such internal reports as may be necessary or appropriate for the parties to assist each other in evaluating the non-medical aspects of the performance and productivity of their respective employees and contractors as well as in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the rendition of their respective management and other non-professional services. Medical Management shall provide Doctor's Care with data and reports for Doctor's Care's exclusive use in conducting Doctor's Care's medical practice, evaluating the performance of Doctor's Care's physicians and for other purposes related to maintaining a high level of patient care quality and improving the efficiency of Doctor's Care's physicians. Medical Management shall meet periodically with Doctor's Care's utilization review designees, medical directors of Offices, Doctor's Care's peer review committees and other representatives of Doctor's Care to review the data and reports provided by Medical Management, to consult with each other with regard to the interpretation of such data and reports, to evaluate the application of such data and reports to the operation of the Offices and to detect and discuss trends in Doctor's Care's medical practice at the Offices.

MHS shall provide Group with data and reports for Group's exclusive use in conducting Group's dental practice, evaluating the performance of Group's dentists and for other purposes related to maintaining and improving patient care quality and improving the efficiency of Group's dentists.

GDSC shall provide Group with data and reports for Group's exclusive use in conducting Group's dental practice, evaluating the performance of Group's dentists and for other purposes related to maintaining and improving patient care quality and improving the efficiency of Group's dentists.

Medical Management shall provide Carolina Orthopedic with data and reports for Carolina Orthopedic’s exclusive use in conducting Carolina Orthopedic’s medical practice, evaluating the performance of Carolina Orthopedic’s physicians and for other purposes related to maintaining a high level of patient care quality and improving the efficiency of Carolina Orthopedic’s physicians. Medical Management shall meet periodically with Carolina Orthopedic’s utilization review designees, medical directors of Offices, Carolina Orthopedic’s peer review committees and other representatives of Carolina Orthopedic to review the data and reports provided by Medical Management, to consult with each other with regard to the interpretation of such data and reports, to evaluate the application of such data and reports to the operation of the Offices and to detect and discuss trends in Carolina Orthopedic’s medical practice at the Offices.

Medical Management shall provide Progressive PT with data and reports for Progressive PT’s exclusive use in conducting Progressive PT’s physical therapy practice, evaluating the performance of Progressive PT’s therapists and for other purposes related to maintaining a high level of quality patient care and improving the efficiency of Progressive PT’s Therapists. Medical Management shall meet periodically with Progressive PT’s Utilization Review designees, directors of Offices, Progressive PT’s peer review committees and other representatives of Progressive PT to review the data and reports provided by Medical Management, to consult with each other with regard to the interpretation of such data and reports, to evaluate the application of such data and reports to the operation of the Offices, and to detect and discuss trends in Progressive PT’s physical therapy practice at the Offices.

CHS will supply to CDC2000 on a ------------------------------- regular, periodic basis such internal reports as requested by CDC200 for evaluating the performance and productivity of Center Personnel as well as evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of CHS's management services. In addition, CHS shall provide to CDC2000 the financial reports described in Section 1.2(j).

Omni Medical shall supply Stat Anesthesia on a regular, periodic basis, such internal reports as may be necessary or appropriate for the parties to assist each other in evaluating the non-medical aspects of the performance and productivity of their respective employees and contractors as well as in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the rendition of their respective management and other non-professional services. Omni Medical shall provide Stat Anesthesia with data and reports for Stat Anesthesia's exclusive use in conducting its business, evaluating the performance of Stat Anesthesia Personnel and for other purposes related to maintaining a high level of services and improving the efficiency of Stat Anesthesia Personnel. Omni Medical shall meet periodically with Stat Anesthesia's utilization review designees, medical directors, Stat Anesthesia's peer review committees and other representatives of Stat Anesthesia to review the data and reports provided by Omni Medical, to consult with each other with regard to the interpretation of such data and reports, to evaluate the application of such data and reports to the operation of the Offices and to detect and discuss trends in Stat Anesthesia's business at the Offices.
