Management meetings. The Contractor will be expected to attend meetings relating to maintenance, operations, contract management and other issues that may arise from time to time. As far as is practicable, the Contractor will make all required persons available for these meetings. The Contractor shall not submit claims for payment for staff attending any of these meetings. The Contractor should arrange with ACSA’s finance department for making all payments electronically.
