Operational Meetings. (a) As mutually agreed upon, the parties will meet by conference telephone to discuss any day-to-day operational matter of interest (the “Operational Meeting”) that the Fund or Computershare may reasonably request to include in the agenda for the particular meeting, including without limitation the following:
(i) As reasonably requested by the Fund giving it an opportunity to ask questions, give information and provide opinions with respect to the day- to-day services provided by Computershare, support needs of the Fund, and activities contemplated by Schedule 2.
(ii) Computershare’s capacity and capabilities for expanding and enhancing the Services;
(iii) Fund priorities and strategy; and
(iv) Changes in Applicable Law and other regulatory issues;
(b) In the event the Fund or Computershare requests of the other party that it meet other than in a meeting described elsewhere in this Section 3 on urgent operational or service-related matters and the other party agrees, then:
(i) The meetings will involve the Fund and Computershare representatives as agreed upon by the parties with appropriate levels of knowledge and seniority to discuss the matters with respect to which the meeting will be held and to make commitments (in his or her sole discretion) on behalf of the party represented;
(ii) The parties will use reasonable efforts provide relevant information reasonably requested by the other party prior to or at the meeting;
(iii) Subsequent to each meeting the parties will use reasonable efforts to distribute all materials they agreed to provide during the meeting within the time periods they agreed to provide them, including for example a list of the issues, discussion points, action items and timelines.

Operational Meetings. (a) Asset Owner will be invited to attend meetings between ARTC and any ARTC Contractor, for any part of such meeting during which any issues relating to the Project Activities relevant to the Asset or safety matters in respect of the Asset are discussed (Interface Matters).
(b) Asset Owner will arrange, at the request of ARTC, for its Senior Representative to attend any such meetings (to which ARTC may invite attendees) to discuss any issues relating to Interface Matters.
(c) ARTC will provide at least 5 Business Days prior notice of any such meeting to Asset Owner and any such meeting must be held on a Business Day during normal business hours and the parties must work together to agree a mutually convenient day, time and location on a day and at a venue which the Asset Owner has confirmed are convenient to it.
Operational Meetings. No less than once per Calendar Quarter, key operational representatives from each Party (the “Key Operational Representatives”) shall meet in person, or by videoconference or by teleconference to discuss key operational matters relating to the Development, Manufacture and Commercialization of the Product in the Visterra Territory and Licensed Territory. In-person meetings of the Key Operational Representatives shall be held at a mutually agreeable location or alternating each meeting between a location selected by Visterra and by SIIL. The Parties shall discuss and agree upon an agenda in advance for each meeting of the Key Operational Representatives and determine the appropriate representatives from each Party to be included in such meeting. Meetings of the Key Operational Representatives shall be for information-exchanging and collaboration purposes only and the Key Operational Representatives shall have no decision-making authority. The Key Operational Representatives shall continue to meet as provided in this Section 3.3 until [**] or until such time as otherwise mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
Operational Meetings. In addition to the Joint Supply Team meeting there are the following operational meetings:
a) Weekly operational meetings: to deal with shorter term topics and some technical issues. ● Participants (NOVARTIS): Schedulers, Quality Assurance Manager QAM, Product sxxxxxx and during transfers tech transfer lead and other experts as necessary. ● Participants (CBMG): key account manager QA, QC and Production managers and technical experts as necessary.
Operational Meetings. The Assessment Supplier Operational Representatives shall meet at least once each month with any SRA Operational Representative in Birmingham or any other location agreed before the meeting.
Operational Meetings. Operational Managers from the 3 respective Youth Offending Services, a dedicated Legal Advisor and the Youth Bench Chair will meet bi monthly to discuss practice, any issues relating to working with the Court and review this protocol.
Operational Meetings. Interval Location Attendance by: Monthly KNPS or Tele/Video Conference Project Manager, Contractor, Supervisor An operational meeting is held between the Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager to monitor and control the design, manufacturing and planning processes. The Project Manager may decide to conduct the meeting by tele- or video conference if necessary. Of these meetings three operational meetings per year will be held at KNPS. Typical topics for discussion at this meeting will include the Contractor’s reporting on the following: Review of project progress (programme) with specific focus on key dates and interim milestones, Key risks (threats) and issues and, where applicable, identify and agree on associated preventive/contingent and recovery actions, Review of actions list and Review of communications.
Operational Meetings. 3.2.1 The Manager of CASA’s Accident Liaison & Investigation Unit (ALIU) and the Directors and relevant Team Leaders of ATSB and other agreed staff of both organisations, will endeavour to meet at least biannually to discuss matters including but not limited to:
a) ATSB identified Safety Issues and Safety Recommendations and CASA’s responses to these b) outcomes of CASA parallel investigations (Note: refer 4.1 for definition of parallel investigations)
