Ad Hoc Meetings a. The Contractor shall attend ad hoc meetings at EOHHS’ offices, or at another location determined by EOHHS, as requested by EOHHS;
Ad Hoc Meetings. At either Party’s reasonable request, the Parties may meet or hold a telephone conference as mutually agreed on an ad-hoc basis to address any urgent matters that arise with respect to Products. Each Party will ensure that its representatives at such meetings are senior development and/or commercial executives.
Ad Hoc Meetings. The service Provider will be expected to attend ad hoc meetings from time to time, with the Employer, stakeholder groups, or service or other authorities, in order to address specific issues as and when the need arises.
Ad Hoc Meetings. The Employer and the Union may meet from time to time, at the request of either party, to address policies or other matters related to an effective working relationship. Dates and meeting times must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Ad Hoc Meetings. On [*] days’ written notice, either Party may request an ad-hoc meeting of a Committee to discuss issues that due to urgency need to be addressed prior to the next scheduled Committee meeting. Ad-hoc meetings may occur via audio or video teleconference or in-person as the Parties may agree.
Ad Hoc Meetings. In addition to the meetings contemplated under Section 7.1, the Parties will agree to attempt in good faith to meet with one another when the other Party makes a reasonable request to do so. The requesting Party must provide at least ten (10) days’ notice before any proposed meeting date, and the time and place must be mutually agreeable.
Ad Hoc Meetings. Ad Hoc meetings beyond the above regular meetings will take place on an as-needed basis by mutual agreement.
Ad Hoc Meetings. CM shall participate in meetings with JWA, Program Manager, A-E, and other stakeholders as requested by JWA.
Ad Hoc Meetings. In addition to the monthly meetings and written quarterly program updates, additional ad hoc meetings to address specific issues or to convey time-sensitive updates or scientific data related to the program will be held.

On [***] prior written notice, either Party may request an ad-hoc meeting of a Committee if such Party reasonably believes that a significant matter must be addressed before the next regularly scheduled JRC meeting, and such Party will provide the JRC materials reasonably adequate to enable an informed discussion by its members no later than [***] before any such ad-hoc meeting. Ad-hoc meetings may occur via audio or video teleconference or in-person as the Parties may agree.
