Management of Subcontractors. Consultant shall be responsible for the management of the Subcontractors in the performance of their work and for any liability result therefrom.

Management of Subcontractors. The Supplier is obliged to maintain a documented list of the subcontractors he has qualified. The Supplier is responsible for passing on any information required along the supply chain from Buyer to Subcontractor. Upon demand, the Supplier is to provide the Buyer with documented evidence of effectiveness checks of Subcontractors´ quality management systems. The Supplier commits to enabling the Buyer to carry out an audit at the respective Subcontractors´ on the above-mentioned conditions, as well as to concluding a contract with their Subcontractors which authorizes the Supplier to do so.
Management of Subcontractors. All Subcontractors shall be compensated in accordance with Article IV. The Contractor shall solely control the Subcontractors. The Contractor shall negotiate all Change Orders and Field Orders with all affected Subcontractors and shall review the costs and advise the Owner and Architect/Engineer of their validity and reasonableness, acting in the Owner’s best interest. When there is an imminent threat to health and safety, and Owner’s Project Representative concurrence is impractical, the Contractor shall act immediately to remove the threats to health and safety and shall subsequently fully inform Owner of all such action taken. The Contractor shall also carefully review all shop drawings and then forward the same to the Architect/Engineer for review and actions. The Architect/Engineer will transmit them back to the Contractor, who will then issue the shop drawings to the affected Subcontractor for fabrication or revision. The Contractor shall maintain a suspense control system to promote expeditious handling. The Contractor shall request the Architect/Engineer to make interpretations of the drawings or specifications requested of him by the Subcontractors and shall maintain a business system to promote timely response. The Contractor shall inform the Architect/Engineer which shop drawings or requests for clarification have the greatest urgency, so as to enable the Architect/Engineer to prioritize requests coming from the Contractor. The Contractor shall advise the Owner and Architect/Engineer when timely response is not occurring on any of the above.

The Supplier shall oblige its subcontractors to pursue the objectives in order to achieve the quality of the products agreed with the Buyer.
Management of Subcontractors. Contractor shall be responsible for managing the performance of any subcontractor that is involved with providing Administrative Services. Contractor will provide technical assistance and direction to such subcontractors to help them meet their own performance standards and to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration of the Plans; provided, however, that Contractor shall have no responsibility for managing the performance of DCH’s pharmacy benefit manager or for managing the performance of DCH’s Decision Support / Executive Information System vendor.
