MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLITIES AND GUIDELINES. X. Xxxxx supervisors are responsible for reasonable enforcement of this policy. X. Xxxxx supervisors may request that an employee submit to a drug and/or alcohol test when any of the “Causes for Testing” items listed in this policy occur. C. In cases ofreasonable suspicion”, any sworn supervisor requesting an employee to submit to a drug and/or alcohol test must document in writing the facts constituting reasonable suspicion that the employee in question is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and submit said documentation to the Chief of Police prior to the end of the shift. D. Any sworn supervisor encountering an employee who refuses an order to submit to a drug and/or alcohol analysis upon request shall remind the employee of the requirements and disciplinary consequences of this policy. Where there is reasonable suspicion that the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the sworn supervisor shall detain the employee until the employee can be safely transported to the testing facility by a manager or supervisor. The employee will be relieved of his/her weapon, which will be secured by the department until the employee is authorized to return to work. X. Xxxxx supervisors shall not physically search the person of employees, nor shall they search the personal possession of employees without the freely given consent of, and in the presence of, the employee, or unless a valid search warrant has been obtained, or where he or she has been notified in advance that a search will be conducted. X. Xxxxx supervisors shall notify the Chief of Police or designee when they have reasonable suspicion to believe that an employee may have illegal drugs in his or her possession or in an area not jointly or fully controlled by the City, or those other areas protected by the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act.

  • General Guidelines Conduct yourself in a responsible manner at all times in the laboratory.

  • Sub-Advisor Compliance Policies and Procedures The Sub-Advisor shall promptly provide the Trust CCO with copies of: (i) the Sub-Advisor’s policies and procedures for compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws (together, the “Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures”), and (ii) any material changes to the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures. The Sub-Advisor shall cooperate fully with the Trust CCO so as to facilitate the Trust CCO’s performance of the Trust CCO’s responsibilities under Rule 38a-1 to review, evaluate and report to the Trust’s Board of Trustees on the operation of the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures, and shall promptly report to the Trust CCO any Material Compliance Matter arising under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures involving the Sub-Advisor Assets. The Sub-Advisor shall provide to the Trust CCO: (i) quarterly reports confirming the Sub-Advisor’s compliance with the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures in managing the Sub-Advisor Assets, and (ii) certifications that there were no Material Compliance Matters involving the Sub-Advisor that arose under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures that affected the Sub-Advisor Assets. At least annually, the Sub-Advisor shall provide a certification to the Trust CCO to the effect that the Sub-Advisor has in place and has implemented policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to ensure compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws.

  • Compliance Policies and Procedures To assist the Fund in complying with Rule 38a-1 of the 1940 Act, BBH&Co. represents that it has adopted written policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent violation of the federal securities laws in fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement and that it has in place a compliance program to monitor its compliance with those policies and procedures. BBH&Co will upon request provide the Fund with information about our compliance program as mutually agreed.

  • Performance of Services in Accordance with Regulatory Requirements; Furnishing of Books and Records In performing the services set forth in this Agreement, the Manager: A. shall conform with the 1940 Act and all rules and regulations thereunder, with all other applicable federal, state and foreign laws and regulations, with any applicable procedures adopted by the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and with the provisions of the Trust’s Registration Statement filed on Form N-1A as supplemented or amended from time to time; B. will make available to the Trust, promptly upon request, any of the Fund’s books and records as are maintained under this Agreement, and will furnish to regulatory authorities having the requisite authority any such books and records and any information or reports in connection with the Manager’s services under this Agreement that may be requested in order to ascertain whether the operations of the Trust are being conducted in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the Funder or the Ministry will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.

  • Subsidy Requests and Reporting Requirements 1. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested. 2. The CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification shall be prepared as of the last day of each calendar month during the period of performance and shall be submitted to XXXXxxxxxxxx@XxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx and Florida Housing’s monitoring agent no later than the 15th day of the following month. The December 2020 request will be due on or before December 15th. The Grantee will submit executed Coronavirus Relief Fund Rental Assistance Applications and supporting documentation to Florida Housing’s monitoring agent within 5 days upon the monitoring agent’s request.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES During the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder, Executive shall adhere to the policies and standards of professionalism set forth in the policies and procedures of the Company and IAC as they may exist from time to time.
