MANAGEMENT RIGHTS CLAUSE. The Board of Education reserves the right to administer the operation of the school system, including the day to day operation as required; to assure the effective control of personnel; to accomplish appropriate use of the facilities; subject to the collective bargaining agreement, state, and federal statutes.
