Management Waiver Sample Clauses

Management Waiver. The Parties agree that the Grantor may issue a waiver of specific requirements of this Agreement after the term of the Agreement has expired. These waivers are limited to non- material changes to specific provisions that the Grantor determines are necessary to place the Grantee in administrative compliance with the requirements of this Agreement. A management waiver issued after the Term of the Agreement has expired will supersede the original requirements of this Agreement that would normally require a modification of this Agreement to be executed. The Grantor will make no modifications of this Agreement not agreed to prior to the expiration of the Agreement beyond what is specifically set forth in this Paragraph.

Management Waiver. The parties agree that the Department may issue a waiver of specific requirements of this Agreement after the term of the Agreement has expired. These waivers are limited to requirements relating to the Grantee’s compliance with existing audit requirements in the Agreement, retention of interest earned by the Grantee on Grant Funds, variances to budgetary line items, non-material changes to the Scope of Work (Part II), and any other non-material changes to specific grant terms that the Department determines are necessary to place the Grantee in administrative compliance with the terms of this Agreement. A management waiver issued after the term of the Agreement has expired will supersede the original requirements of this Agreement that would normally require a modification of this Agreement to be executed. The Department will make no modifications of this Agreement not agreed to prior to the expiration of the Agreement beyond what is specifically set forth in this section.
