Common use of Mandatory Additional Training and Education Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Additional Training and Education. Where the Company is required by the Province of Manitoba to provide mandatory training in addition to the above (38.01 and 38.02) the Company agrees to pay the cost of taking this training and also pay security guards as time worked in accordance with this Agreement. This training will only be applicable to employees in the employ of Impact Security at the time of the training deemed required by the Province unless provincial legislation states otherwise.
