Mandatory Ethics Training. All new RBD Members must also have all brokers, associate brokers, salespersons, and managers of branch offices affiliated with the firm complete a mandatory REBNY ethics course within ninety (90) days of joining REBNY. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the automatic suspension of access to the RLS for that new firm, until it can demonstrate that all brokers, associate brokers, salespersons and managers of the branch offices have completed a REBNY ethics course.
Mandatory Ethics Training. All non-RBD Member firms must have their principal broker(s) complete a mandatory REBNY ethics course prior to the firm receiving access to RLS Listing Information. In addition, all brokers, associate brokers, salespersons, and managers of branch offices affiliated with the firm must complete a mandatory REBNY ethics course within ninety (90) days of joining the RLS. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the automatic suspension of access to the RLS for that new firm until it can demonstrate that all brokers, associate brokers, salespersons, and managers of branch offices have completed a REBNY ethics course.

  • Mandatory Training The Department reserves the right to require the Charter School to attend any training related to the responsibilities of a Charter School.

  • Compliance Training ADMINISTRATOR shall make General Compliance Training and Provider Compliance Training, where appropriate, available to Covered Individuals.

  • Funding for Training (a) In furtherance of the objectives of clause 31 hereof, and as a further initiative to enhance the employment and career opportunities of the Employees, the Parties will continue to facilitate on-going training to improve occupational health & safety in the industry and to improve employees work skills so as to advance progression to higher industry skill levels.

  • Mandatory Assistance If a third party dispute or litigation, or both, arises out of, or relates in any way to the services provided to the City under a Contract, Contractor , its agents, officers, and employees agree to assist in resolving the dispute or litigation upon City’s request. Contractor’s assistance includes, but is not limited to, providing professional consultations, attending mediations, arbitrations, depositions, trials or any event related to the dispute resolution and/or litigation.

  • Compensation for Mandatory Assistance City will compensate Contractor for fees incurred for providing Mandatory Assistance. If, however, the fees incurred for the Mandatory Assistance are determined, through resolution of the third party dispute or litigation, or both, to be attributable in whole, or in part, to the acts or omissions of Contractor, its agents, officers, and employees, Contractor shall reimburse City for all fees paid to Contractor, its agents, officers, and employees for Mandatory Assistance.
