Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC. 8.2.1 It is a requirement under the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003 and Regulations that in order to qualify for unescorted access to a Maritime Security Zone a person must hold a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC). As an Employee of the Company you are required to hold a valid MSIC.
