Training Delivery. This shall include issues with respect to classroom instruction, on-the-job training, the location of such training, and whether or not such training is conducted during working hours.

Training Delivery. 31.6.1 Training over seven days, apart from skills maintenance training, will be nationally accredited and delivered by nationally accredited trainers and assessed by nationally accredited assessors (Certificate IV Workplace Trainer).
Training Delivery. 21.4.1 Competency-based training involves both structured training and practical work experience to obtain full competency and proficiency and may be delivered on or off the job or through a combination of both. The Company where appropriate may maintain qualified workplace trainers and assessors sufficient for its operational needs, some of whom may not be engaged in such duties on a full-time basis. 21.4.2 As part of their normal duties, other experienced Employees when requested by the Workplace Trainer, are required to assist in the skills enhancement of others by monitoring and coaching their work during the gaining of practical experience. 21.4.3 Technical training will be provided by in-house technical trainers where employed, however the Company may utilise external registered training organisations and/or qualified training personnel as required.
Training Delivery. The training delivery process is a comprehensive service of Laredo Community College to ensure that the training is effective. Courses will be aligned with general policies of the College. It includes the coordination of the program by a professional Workforce Development Coordinator. Also included in the delivery process is an LCC approved instructor and his or her research, preparation, delivery, and evaluation time. All handouts, applications, books and other materials, if any or if applicable are included as part of the delivery process.

The Contractor shall ensure that all courses to be delivered meet the following criteria: Focus on the expectations, needs, and job requirements of the audience. Timely and high-quality content to address the objectives as described. Use of hands-on exhibits and demonstrations (or, for virtual training, interactive quizzes/polls/visual content), as applicable to the subject. Advancement of students’ skills, prepare them for nationally recognized certification programs, and/or lead to continuing education units (CEUs); and Consistent messaging and delivery for the same materials in different training sessions. The Contractor shall provide the necessary staff capable of teaching the appropriate curriculum for each course to be delivered. Further, the Contractor shall provide a course outline, class roster, and resumes of instructors for each course to be delivered. Task 4 Deliverables: Resumes of instructors. Course outlines. Training Delivery. (i) For Services described in Exhibit A.1, Passenger Services, Supplier shall make its personnel available to attend Airline-delivered training classes at locations selected by Airline. (ii) For Services described in Exhibit A.3, Ramp Services, Airline shall provide an initial training class at a location mutually agreed to by the Parties. Once Instructors or other personnel are properly qualified to conduct the training class, Supplier shall be responsible for delivering Airline’s training to Supplier’s personnel at the location(s) where Services will be performed. The facilities where such training will occur shall be safe, conducive to learning, have adequate internet connectivity, as required, and generally enable a quality training experience. (iii) For all other Services performed under this Agreement, training requirements will be as outlined by Airline.
Training Delivery. 10.1 It is the responsibility of the Contractor to deliver training to its Staff in India and to ensure that criteria set out below are adhered to: 10.1.1 there shall be no deviation from the core content of the agreed training material unless agreed specifically with Client; 10.1.2 Staff shall be tested in line with the agreed Pass Criteria specified; and 10.1.3 training shall be carried out in suitable classroom/training environments in line with the minimum standards required by this Annex 10. 10.2 It is the responsibility of the Contractor to remove any Staff from the programme that do not meet the Pass Criteria and supply appropriately qualified and experienced replacements with additional staff.
