Mark-Off. When a Bargaining Unit member is unable to report to work, the Bargaining Unit member shall notify the member’s immediate Supervisor or other designated person, as soon as possible but no later than two (2) hours prior to the member’s assigned shift, absent extenuating circumstances, and shall leave a telephone number where the member may be reached by the Supervisor.
