Market Rate Analysis. The City of Seattle (“City”) shall initiate a market wage study to be completed no later December 31, 2021 according to the methodology set forth in the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) between the City and The Coalition of City Unions (“Coalition”) regarding the City’s compensation philosophy and methods and process associated with conducting a market wage study as agreed upon November 8, 2018.
