Common use of MARKET RECOVERY Clause in Contracts

MARKET RECOVERY. Section 1. The wage rates to be paid to Employees for bargaining unit work performed on projects subject to this Article 14 will be paid 85%of wage rates and 100% fringe benefits provided in Article III above.
