New England Electrical Workers Money Purchase Plan. A) The Employer agrees to contribute Eleven Dollars and Forty Cents ($11.40) per hour for all Journeyman Lineman. Effective 8/28/16, the Employer agrees to contribute Twelve Dollars and Five Cents ($12.05) per hour for all Journeyman Lineman. Effective 9/3/17, the Employer agrees to contribute Twelve Dollars and Seventy Cents ($12.70) per hour for all Journeyman Lineman. B) The employer agrees to contribute the following per hour for the other classifications: 8/30/15 8/28/16 9/3/17 Equipment Operator “A” $10.04 $10.59 $11.14 C) The following will be the contribution per hour for Seventh Period $6.00 Third Period $2.50 Sixth Period $4.00 Second Period $2.50 Fifth Period $4.00 First Period $2.50 Fourth Period $4.00 Contributions shall be paid no later than fifteen (15) days after each pay day to a Board of Trustees. One-half (1/2) of the Board shall be selected by the Union and one-half (1/2) by the Employer. Said Board of Trustees shall enter into a Trust Agreement whereby they will provide for the organization of the Board, the disposition of monies paid to them, the selection of a Local Bank Depository and the acquisition of Insurance and Pension Benefits, as well as such other regulations as may be met and proper in funds of this kind. The above services to be extended equally to all Employees working for an Employer in the jurisdiction of Local Union 000, X.X.X.X.
