Covered Project. Projects subject to this Article 14 shall consist of projects whose cumulative value for all Plasterers items of work/portion of a project is $250,000.00 or less. However, on certain projects which have a cumulative value for all Plasterers items of work/portion of a project that is more than $250,000.00 and are deemed to be advantageous by both parties to do so and with five (5) day’ notice to the Union and followed by written notice of the Employers intentions to bid such project said project may be within the scope and intent of this Article14.This Paragraph 14.2 may be modified by mutual consent of the parties.

Covered Project. A Participating Contractor is subject to the Workforce Goal set forth in Section II below. If a contractor performs less than $250,000 of Covered Work on a Covered Project, that contractor is not subject to the Workforce Goal, but may nonetheless participate voluntarily in the Workforce Goal.
Covered Project. The construction, reconstruction, conversion or rehabilitation of housing (including reduction and abatement of lead-based paint), other public construction which includes buildings or improvements (regardless of ownership) assisted with housing or community development assistance or SHRA funds.
