Marketing of Products and Services. You agree to promote the sale of Young Living products in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Policies and Procedures. You understand and agree that in order to receive compensation based on the Compensation Plan you must meet all requirements outlined in that plan and not be in violation of the terms of the Agreement.
Marketing of Products and Services a. You understand that there are no minimum purchases or inventory requirements. You will promote the retail sale of Nu Skin Products in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
b. You agree not to make any claims about Nu Skin Products or the Sales Compensation Plan unless they are contained on NSEUS labels or in official NSEUS literature.
c. You will not purchase more Nu Skin Products than you can use or sell within a reasonable period, and you will not purchase any Nu Skin Products solely for the purpose of qualifying for Bonuses. You agree and represent to Nu Skin that, prior to placing a subsequent product order, you have sold or consumed at least 80% of the Nu Skin Products from any previous orders and have sold and documented sales to at least 5 retail Customers in the previous month.
d. You agree to encourage, supervise, and assist Your Team’s efforts to market and sell Nu Skin Products and NSI Local Affiliate Products.
Marketing of Products and Services. (a) I understand that there are no minimum purchases or inventory requirements. I agree that I have the right to purchase products at wholesale and promote the retail sale of the products and services of the Company or Nu Skin Thailand in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
(b) I agree not to make any claims about the products, services, and Sales Compensation Plan unless they are contained in the official literature distributed by Nu Skin Thailand. The Company agrees to ensure prompt payment of any bonuses due to me under the terms and conditions of the Sales Compensation Plan (“Bonuses”). I understand and agree that, in order to be eligible to receive Bonuses, I must meet all requirements outlined in the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales, and not be in violation of the terms of the Contract.
(c) I will not purchase any product or service solely for the purpose of qualifying for Bonuses. I agree that prior to placing a subsequent product order, I have resold previously ordered products and documented the sales to at least five retail customers each month, and sold or consumed at least 80% of any previous orders.
(d) I agree to encourage, supervise and assist my Downline Organization’s efforts to sell Nu Skin products and services to retail customers.
(e) I understand and agree that I have the duty to provide the documents related to the sales of goods and services containing details of buyer and seller, date of the sales and delivery date of the goods or services including rights of retail consumers to terminate the sales contract which shall be prescribed with emphasized alphabets to the retail consumer.
Marketing of Products and Services. In some cases, we may feel that a service or product offered by us or a selected third party may benefit you. To make you aware of the service or product we may contact you by mail (ordinary or electronic), telephone, fax or other reasonable method to give you further details so that you can make an informed choice. You are of course under no obligation to apply for any of the services or products offered.

You understand and agree that in order to receive rewards based on the Rewards Program you must meet all requirements outlined in that Program and not be in violation of the terms of the Agreement.
Marketing of Products and Services. (a) You agree to promote the retail sale of Company Subscriptions in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Agreement.
(b) You agree not to make any claims about Company Subscriptions and the Sales Compensation Plan unless they are in official Company literature. Company will pay me for the sale of Company Subscriptions less cancelation refunds as set forth in the Sales Compensation Plan. You understand and agree that, in order to be eligible to receive Payments, you must meet all requirements outlined in the Sales Compensation Plan and not be in violation of the terms of the Agreement.
(c) You will not purchase Company Subscriptions solely for the purpose of qualifying for Compensation.
(d) You agree to encourage, supervise, and assist your Downline Organization’s efforts to sell Company Subscriptions to retail customers.

To ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, you agree to promote the sale of Young Living products in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement. You understand and agree that to receive compensation based on the Compensation Plan, you must meet all requirements outlined in that plan and not be in violation of the terms of the Agreement. You further understand and agree that if you fail to comply with the Agreement, Young Living may terminate the Agreement.

We promote travel experiences to have fun, build relationships, improve our lifestyle, pursue ongoing learning and personal development. Our membership club utilizes professional licensed and trusted travel agencies to provide our unique travel experiences. All promotion and sales of travel on our website are conducted in partnership with the appropriate partner travel agency. I understand and agree that XxxxxXxxxx.Xxxx is not a “Travel Agency”. Therefore, as a member of this club, unless I have the requisite travel licenses, I will not claim or represent that I “sell travel” including tickets, hotels, trips, etc.

I understand and agree that, in order to be eligible to receive Bonuses, I must meet all requirements outlined in the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales, and not be in violation of the terms of the Contract.
(c) I will not purchase any Nu Skin Products solely for the purpose of qualifying for Bonuses.
