Marketing Policies Sample Clauses

Marketing Policies. Distributor will at all times maintain adequate inventories of Manufacturer's Products and will promote vigorously and effectively the sale of Manufacturer's Products through all channels of distribution prevailing in the Territory, in conformity with Manufacturer's established marketing policies and programs. Distributor will use its best efforts to sell Manufacturer's Products to aggressive, reputable, and financially responsible dealers providing satisfactory consumer service throughout Distributor's primary marketing area. Distributor is authorized to enter into written agreements with its dealers relating to the purchase, resale and service of Manufacturer's Products on forms approved by Manufacturer for this purpose.
Marketing Policies. FASL will establish global policies regarding public relations and marketing, including the form and content of Product marketing and promotional materials and advertisements, such policies to be amended by FASL from time to time in its reasonable discretion. FASL shall promptly notify AMD in writing of any amendments to such policies. AMD shall comply with such policies, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

Marketing PoliciesDealer will at all times maintain adequate marketing and advertising to promote vigorously and effectively the sale of Manufacturer’s Products through all channels of distribution prevailing in the Territory, in conformity with Manufacturer’s established marketing policies and programs. Dealer will use its best efforts to sell Manufacturer’s Products to any and all property owners within specified territory providing satisfactory customer service throughout Dealer’s primary marketing area. Dealer is authorized to enter into written agreements with its customers relating to the purchase and service of Manufacturer’s Products on forms approved by Manufacturer for this purpose. The risk of collection from dealers, however, is entirely the risk undertaken by the Dealer. The Dealer may not, under any circumstances, chargeback Manufacturer for unpaid invoices by a property owner or customer.

Distributor will use its best efforts to sell Manufacturer's Products to aggressive, reputable, and financially responsible dealers providing satisfactory consumer service throughout Distributor's territory. Prior to this agreement being effective the Distributor will provide a Business Plan for its quarter/year business objectives to sell LYC products. Distributor is authorized to enter into written agreements with its dealers relating to the purchase, resale and service of Manufacturer's Products on forms approved by Manufacturer for this purpose. Distributor acknowledges its intent to concentrate its marketing of the Manufacturer's Products in the territory.

Marketing PoliciesDealer will at all times make good faith efforts to maintain adequate inventories of Manufacturer's Products and will promote vigorously and effectively the sale of Manufacturer's Products through all channels of distribution prevailing in Dealer's "primary marketing area" (as defined above), in conformity with Manufacturer's established marketing policies and programs. Dealer acknowledges its intent to concentrate its marketing of the Manufacturer's Products in its "primary marketing area," including any trade shows and Internet/Phone/Mail Sales.
