Marking Strategy. USAID is the majority donor. As such, the USAID brand will be especially visible and important in project, activity or public communication. Papyrus S.A. logo will appear in equal size next to the USAID logo. Marking will not be applied to Papyrus S.A. offices, vehicles, and items it procures for its own administrative use (see 22 CFR Part 226.91 and ADS 320.3.5). The prohibitions on use of the USAID Standard Graphic Identity (see ADS 320.3.1.5 and ADS 320.3.1.6) apply, per USAID policy, to Papyrus S.A. as a recipient of this cooperative agreement. Administrative materials such as letterhead, nametags and business cards, are not subject to USAID branding.   • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Benchmarking 19.1 The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking) in relation to the benchmarking of any or all of the Goods and/or Services.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.
