Master Teacher Compensation. Professional employees completing the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) requirements for certification as Master Teacher shall be paid a stipend of $2,208 which includes TRS in that year.   • TEACHER COMPENSATION Section A: Definition and Placement Paragraph 1: Each teacher employed by the Board shall be compensated for the professional services which he/she renders during the professional days for the term of a contract year. This compensation shall be termed salary and the amount of such salary each teacher receives for a contract year shall be deter- mined by his/her placement on the Teachers Salary Schedule (Section B, Para- graph 1 of this Article).

  • Other Compensation Unless otherwise stated, this Agreement does not include the Agent’s service of preparing the Property for sale or refinance, modernization, fire or major damage restoration, rehabilitation, financial accounting or legal advice, representation before public agencies, advising on proposed new construction, debt collection, counseling, attending any Association or Condominium meetings, and any other obligation not listed as a Service. If the Owner requests the Agent to perform services not included in this Agreement, a fee shall be agreed upon before such services are performed.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.

  • Callout Compensation A regular employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates. They shall be compensated from the time they leave their home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly to and from work.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.
