Surveillance Equipment. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by a Tenant, Landlord will remove or disable any video cameras and other surveillance equipment both inside and outside the property prior to any occupancy by a Tenant. If the Landlord operates any video cameras or other surveillance equipment while the property is unoccupied, Landlord will post notice of such surveillance in a conspicuous place. Xxxxxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold L&F harmless against any loss, claim, civil action, criminal action, or regulatory action related to violations of New Jersey of federal laws related to privacy or Landlord’s use or placement of surveillance equipment at the property.
Surveillance Equipment. Audio, video or surveillance equipment is installed for safety and security purposes. This equipment shall not supplant personal observations or be used as the primary tool in personnel evaluations. Should a personnel evaluations contain supportive evidence obtained by audio, video or surveillance equipment the personnel evaluations shall note the source by which the evidence was obtained. In the event the evidence obtained by this equipment is used to support disciplinary action, it shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
Surveillance Equipment. Xxxxxx Realty recommends that all video cameras and other surveillance equipment, both inside and outside the property, be removed prior to any tenant occupying the property. Xxxxxx Realty suggests that any video cameras and other surveillance equipment at the property while unoccupied be clearly posted that the area is under video or other surveillance. Any video cameras or other surveillance equipment that is going to remain at the property during occupancy must be disclosed to tenants prior to them accepting a lease. Owner agrees to indemnify Xxxxxx Realty Inc., from any violations of State or Federal Privacy Laws, and any other civil or criminal complaint or other legal action that pertains to the use or placement of any video cameras or other surveillance equipment located at the property.
Surveillance Equipment. The College agrees that security cameras and other surveillance equipment will not be used to record or monitor a faculty member’s performance of his or her professional duties without the permission of the faculty member.
Surveillance Equipment. 20.7.1 Surveillance equipment may be installed by the University to protect critical areas from theft, and/or to enhance the personal safety of Members.
20.7.2 Surveillance equipment will not be used in Member-occupied areas during working hours without the knowledge of the Members in the area and the Association.
20.7.3 The University will not use surveillance equipment, or any evidence from that surveillance, to monitor or discipline Members for work performance.
Surveillance Equipment. For added safety, security and property protection; some vacation rental properties may have surveillance equipment installed. Such video/audio devices will be legally installed in very limited exterior locations. We will make every attempt to ensure areas under surveillance are clearly disclosed and marked in such a way to protect your privacy.
Surveillance Equipment. 1. Videotapes shall not be used as the sole means of formal evaluations.
2. Review of the videotapes will be limited to the driver, transportation director, other district administrators involved with a particular student and/or a particular behavior incident, the parent or guardian of the student, and the superintendent or his designee. Additionally, employees involved in incidents shall have the right to review such tapes with Association representatives.
3. The retention and security of the videotapes will be the responsibility of the transportation director and/or any other district administrator responsible for transportation and concerns. All videotapes will be maintained at the discretion of the transportation director. All videotapes will be maintained in a secure area and access to them will be limited to those individuals noted in the above paragraph. All tapes will be kept on school premises.
Surveillance Equipment. The Board shall provide black boxes on all buses by the expiry date of this Collective Agreement. Three (3) video cameras with two (2) hour duration.
Surveillance Equipment. The following notice will be posted in all work places covered by this Collective Agreement: “Due to the nature of our business and occasional requests from customers, electronic surveillance equipment may be installed from time to time in the workplace.” The Company will provide video surveillance in all security huts. It is understood that such equipment will not be installed in areas where Hourly Employees and Owner Operators are entitled to expect privacy, such as washrooms, locker rooms and lunch rooms.
Surveillance Equipment. (a) The Landlord discloses and the Tenant acknowledges that closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras, data sensors, foot traffic counters and other surveillance equipment added by the Landlord from time to time (Surveillance Equipment) may be installed in or around the Common Areas and the Location, but excluding the Premises.
(b) The Tenant acknowledges that the Tenant’s image may be captured by the Surveillance Equipment and the Tenant consents to the use of the Surveillance Equipment in or around the Common Areas and the Location.
