Matching and Leveraged Funds. A. Match Requirements. In accordance with section 24(c) of the 1937 Act (42 U.S.C. 1437v(c)), 1. Grantee must have secured a match in the amount of 5 percent of the grant amount in cash or in-kind donations. 2. Additional Supportive Services Match. The lesser of that provided for in your Transformation Plan or up to 15 percent of the Choice Neighborhoods grant may be used for supportive services activities. However, if the Grantee is using more than 5 percent of the grant funds for supportive services activities, funds (cash or in-kind donations) from sources other than Choice Neighborhoods must secured for the amount between 5 and 15 percent of the grant that Grantee will use for supportive services activities. These resources must be NEW commitments in order to be counted for match. B. Match Donations and Leverage Resources. Grantee shall keep documentation on matching and leveraged funds during the term of this Grant Agreement and shall provide this documentation in a format acceptable to HUD upon request by HUD, until the closeout of this grant. The documentation should show that the funds are secured and the Grantee should keep records showing how those funds have been expended over time.

Matching and Leveraged Funds. (A) Overall Match and Leverage. The Grantee agrees to provide resources, other than Choice Neighborhoods Grant funds, in an amount that is the greater of five percent of the Choice Neighborhoods Grant amount or the amount documented in the Grant application for purpose of leverage scoring. Matching and Leveraged funds must be directly applicable to planning and the creation of the Transformation Plan. (B) Eligible Match Contributions. Matching funds may include amounts from other Federal sources, any State or local government sources, any private contributions, the value of any donated material or building, the value of any lease on a building, the value of the time and services contributed by volunteers, and the value of any other in-kind services or administrative costs provided. Other Federal sources may include funds provided by the Public Housing Capital Fund Program or other HUD-provided public housing funds, including funds derived from program income. You may not include as match amounts funds from any HOPE VI grant, including HOPE VI Revitalization, HOPE VI Demolition, HOPE VI Neighborhood Networks or HOPE VI Main Street Grants.

  • Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who: (i) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirement specified in subparagraph 17.05(a)(ii) solely because a concurrent entitlement to benefits under the Disability Insurance (DI) Plan, the Long-term Disability (LTD) Insurance portion of the Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP) or via the Government Employees Compensation Act prevents the employee from receiving Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits, and (ii) has satisfied all of the other eligibility criteria specified in paragraph 17.05(a), other than those specified in sections (A) and (B) of subparagraph 17.05(a)(iii), shall be paid, in respect of each week of benefits under the parental allowance not received for the reason described in subparagraph (i), the difference between ninety-three per cent (93%) of the employee's rate of pay and the gross amount of his or her weekly disability benefit under the DI Plan, the LTD Plan or via the Government Employees Compensation Act. (b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.05 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which the employee would have been eligible for parental, paternity or adoption benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan, had the employee not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • Contribution Eligibility You are eligible to make a regular contribution to your Xxxx XXX, regardless of your age, if you have compensation and your MAGI is below the maximum threshold.   • Contribution Formula Dental Coverage Faculty Member Coverage. For faculty member dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of ninety percent (90%) of the faculty member premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual faculty member premium of the dental plan chosen by the faculty member. However, for calendar years beginning January 1, 2006, and January 1, 2007, the minimum employee contribution shall be five dollars ($5.00) per month.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
