MATERIAL ANALYSIS. Upon completion of laboratory analysis (if required), Contractor shall provide a method of approach to include the recommended transportation and disposal method. A firm price for transport and disposal shall be included in the method of approach.
MATERIAL ANALYSIS. The CM Firm shall analyze and suggest new construction materials, technology, methods, constraints, and sequencing, analyze procurement requirements and responsibilities for materials and services for common use by the Trade Contractors, and ensure that these are included in the Owner-furnished PSC’s (Architect/Engineer’s) Contract Documents/architectural and/or engineering drawings and specifications.
