Material Certification. OWNER certifies the following to CONSIGNEE:
Material Certification. The Supplier shall furnish material certifications traceable to the lot, batch, block number or heat lot (metals) supplied in accordance with the applicable specification, (latest revision applies) engineering drawing and/or XXXXX Purchase Order. If one certification is issued for multiple items on a purchase order, the lot quantity must also be indicated next to the batch.
Material Certification. Contractor shall require that pressure containing Equipment, bulk piping and other applicable materials are supplied with material certification in accordance with Applicable Codes and Standards.
Material Certification. 1) With the bid, the bidder shall submit a certified lab report showing that the material meets specification. This lab report must be no more than 45 days and from an independent professional testing laboratory, accredited in accordance with ASTM
Material Certification. 4.1. A Certificate of Analysis is required for each lot of Material shipped, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The Certificate must, at a minimum, include the following information:
Material Certification. All material manufactured by Seller or distributed by Seller as an approved distributor for manufacturer shall be certified to by Seller on its packing list (or by separate certification) which states that the item(s) provided meet all current manufacturers design and process specifications and conform to Buyers Purchase Order requirements. Said Certification to be signed by an officer of the Seller’s firm or his official designee. All other items supplied here under which were designed originally for use on FAA certificated aircraft shall be certified to by Seller under (CASE) requirements.
Material Certification. Certification stating materials, processes (including applicable inspection processes) and finished items were controlled and tested in accordance with requirements of this contract and applicable specifications and that such records are on file (or that the material used was supplied by Buyer) shall be included with the packing sheet for each shipment. Duplicate copy shall be airmailed to Buyer at time of shipment.
Material Certification. Contractor shall ensure that where required, Equipment, bulk piping and other applicable materials are supplied with material certifications, including third party certificates, to meet the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) requirements in accordance with Appendix R. Such material certifications shall include documented traceability per the Specification for “Material Traceability for Hydrocarbon Services” referenced in Appendix B. Where required, Equipment and pressure components shall be certified in accordance with ASME codes, and non-pressure components and piping shall be certified in accordance with ASTM codes.
Material Certification. MRSI provides distribution and processing services to the manufacturing industries. We do not manufacture the products but instead purchase them from industrial xxxxx that have met our stringent quality standards. We do not certify our products, we pass through the industrial mill’s certification and information contained on the producing mill’s certification documents. We do not guarantee or provide any representation or warranty with respect to the mill certification. We do not routinely perform in-house testing to verify the accuracy of the mill certifications.
Material Certification. The Contractor shall submit Certificates of Compliance (CDRL A001) as identified below to ensure compliance with drawing 6212985.
