Common use of Material Elements of the Educational Program Clause in Contracts

Material Elements of the Educational Program. ‌ The School shall, at all times, operate in a manner consistent with its Educational Program as identified in Section 2.1 of this Charter Contract. Revisions to any of the elements in Section 2.1 of this Charter Contract shall be considered a material change to the Charter Contract and shall require prior written approval by the Commission. This approval shall be informed by an analysis of the School’s performance guided by the Performance Frameworks and this Charter Contract.
