Maternity and/or Parental. and/or Pre-Adoption Leave Allowance (a) To be entitled to the maternity, parental, benefit waiting period and/or pre-adoption leave allowances pursuant to Clauses 23.04, 23.05, 23.06 and/or 23.07, an employee must sign an agreement that the employee will return to work and remain in the Commission's employ for a period of at least six months or equivalent to the leaves taken, whichever is longer, after returning to work. (b) Should the employee fail to return to work and remain in the employ of the Commission for the return to work period in (a) above, the employee shall reimburse the Commission for the maternity, parental, benefit waiting period and/or pre-adoption leave allowance received under Clauses 23.04, 23.05, 23.06 and/or 23.07 above on a pro-rata basis.
