Maternity Pay. a) Female Command Officers shall, at the option of the Command Officer, be entitled to sick pay for maternity to the extent of the total accumulated days to the credit of the Command Officer. In the event the Command Officer does not elect pay under this Section or if the Command Officer has used all of the sick pay to which she is entitled then the Command Officer shall be placed on Leave without Pay as provided in Section 2109.41
