(1) Continuous Service If either military training duty leave or military duty on account of civil disturbance is limited to a single period during the calendar year, then such leave shall be granted with pay not to exceed fifteen (15) successive calendar days (including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays) during a calendar year.
