MAXIMUM COST TO DISTRICT. In no event will the cost to District for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $17,300.00 including direct non-salary expenses. As set forth in paragraph 14 of this Contract, should the funding source for this contract be reduced, Contractor agrees that this maximum cost to District may be amended by written notice from District to reflect that reduction.
MAXIMUM COST TO DISTRICT. In no event will the cost to District for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $38,919 including direct non-salary expenses.
