Maximum Users. The term “Maximum Users” shall mean the following maximum number of Users authorized to simultaneously access the Software: XX Users
Maximum Users. The term “Maximum Users” shall mean the sum of the number of Users specified as the Maximum Users in Exhibit A (which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein) and the total number of Additional Users set forth in User Notices signed by CIT and Licensee and for which CIT has received the applicable User Fee.
Maximum Users. The Licence permits a maximum number of users per annum, as further detailed in the Service Order. The SUPPLIER is entitled to increase the Annual Price and other applicable payments if this limit is not adhered to in line with the excess usage.
