MCE Service Obligations and Restrictions. You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of any password or account or any other known or suspected breach of security of the MCE Service. If you become aware of any violation of your obligations by a Named User, you will immediately terminate such Named User’s access to the MCE Service and Customer Content. We and our affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to your Named User accounts, except to the extent caused by our breach of this Agreement. Except for our responsibilities as expressly set forth in an order, you are responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of Customer Content and compliance with the MCE Service Guide and all MCE Service policies that we make available to you from time to time. If one of our Third-Party Solution infrastructure providers materially diminishes any Third-Party Solution included with the MCE Service or terminates its agreement with us, we will replace that Third-Party Solution with a materially equivalent solution. 10. MCE 서비스 관련 의무 및 제한사항. 귀사는 패스워드나 계정의 무단 사용 또는 MCE 서비스에 대한 기타 확인되었거나 의심되는 보안 위반에 대해 당사에 신속하게 통지합니다. 지정 사용자가 귀사의 의무를 위반하였음을 귀사가 인지하게 되는 경우, 귀사는 해당 지정 사용자의 MCE 서비스 및 고객 콘텐츠에 대한 액세스를 즉시 해지합니다. 당사의 본 계약 위반으로 인한 경우를 제외하고, 당사와 당사의 계열회사들은 귀사의 지정 사용자 계정의 무단 액세스에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다. 주문서에 명시적으로 기재된 당사의 책임사항을 제외하고, 고객 콘텐츠의 개발, 내용, 운영, 유지 및 사용과 당사가 귀사에 수시로 제공하는 MCE 서비스 가이드 및 모든 MCE 서비스 관련 방침을 준수하는 것은 귀사의 책임입니다. 당사의 여하한 제 3 자 솔루션 인프라 제공업체가 MCE 서비스에 포함된 제 3 자 솔루션의 변경을 줄이거나 해당 제공업체가 당사와 체결한 약정을 해지하는 경우, 당사는 해당 제 3 자 솔루션을 실질적으로 동일한 솔루션으로 대체하게 됩니다.
