Service Policies definition

Service Policies means the Acceptable Use Policy, Service-Specific Terms, DPA, Service Level Agreement, Documentation and any other policy or terms referenced in or incorporated into this Agreement.
Service Policies means any written policies for use of the Services set forth in the applicable Platform Service Order(s) and/or the Bell Media user interface and/or as communicated by Bell Media to the Customer, including any inventory-specific or other terms that are incorporated therein by reference or link, and in each case as may be modified by Bell Media from time to time; provided that, Bell Media will provide notice by email to the Customer of material changes to the Service Policies other than changes to third party policies incorporated by reference therein.
Service Policies shall have the meaning set forth at Section 4.1.

Examples of Service Policies in a sentence

  • The Competitive Supplier shall comply with the Customer Service Policies and Practices attached as Exhibit D and incorporated by reference into this Agreement, which Customer Service Policies and Practices shall include the Competitive Supplier’s plan for maintaining “service quality standards,” as that phrase is used in § 1F(7); for complying with the “affirmative choice” requirements of § 1F(8); and for handling consumer complaints, including any arbitration or dispute resolution procedures.

  • The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, Customer Service Policies and Practices to Participating Consumers as described more fully in Exhibit D.

More Definitions of Service Policies

Service Policies has the meaning given in clause 10.1.

Service Policies means those policies of a transit district regarding the quantity, quality, and type of transit services, such as: hours of service, frequency of service, capacity, type of service (i.e. fixed- route/fixed-schedule or demand-responsive), station dwell times, transfer policies, and other service- related factors. Service Policies also include applicable fare policies.
Service Policies means the K2 Cloud Service policies applicable at the time the Service is ordered.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • Service Point the place at which the Services are to be performed.

  • Fair Use Policy means the fair use policy governing the Support Services attached in Exhibit 1, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • R&W Insurance Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Provider Agreements means all participation, provider and reimbursement agreements or arrangements now or hereafter in effect for the benefit of Tenant or any Manager in connection with the operation of any Facility relating to any right of payment or other claim arising out of or in connection with Tenant’s participation in any Third Party Payor Program.

  • Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
