Meal Expenses Where No Overnight Absence is Required. But Employee is Working Away From Their Headquarters Where no overnight absence is required, but the employee is working more than eight (8) kilometers away from their headquarters, the employee shall be entitled to a bag lunch of ten dollars ($10.00), or the actual cost of meals, which must be reasonable given the location and circumstances, and be evidenced by a receipt.
