Common use of Meal Program Clause in Contracts

Meal Program. Dietary employees receive one free meal per day during shifts of duty. Employees may purchase meals for two dollars ($2.00) per meal paid through a payroll deduction program. The cost of meals purchased will be deducted from net wages on the pay check following purchase. Employees will receive free meals served during extra shifts worked. All Employees will receive free meals served during extra shifts worked, regardless of shift. Additionally, all employees shall receive a free meal when working a Holiday shift.
