Food Service ProgramThe Board, the Superintendent, and/or their designees shall not require, request, nor allow a teacher to collect monies or sell student meal tickets in relation to the Food Service Program.
Food Service ProgramXxXxxx Central Schools will provide daily meals, breakfast and lunch, to any student wanting to participate in the food service program. Meals will be sold on the first of each month, on a monthly basis. Meal money can be brought to the office or dropped in the DDN lunch money box. If a student is in attendance he/she is expected to eat lunch. See “Student Meal Policy” on page 36. Every effort should be made to cooperate with the workers in the lunchroom. Students are asked to hold the noise to a minimum and to refrain from shoving or pushing while standing in line. Every student will follow the Offer vs Serve guidelines stating that all students MUST have 3 of the 5 food components (Meat/meat alternate, Grains, Fruits, Vegetables, Milk) on their plates. One of the 3 MUST BE a minimum of ½ cup fruit or vegetable or a combination of fruits and vegetables. Each student shall make sure that his/her plate is stacked in an orderly fashion when done eating. At various times classes, clubs and organizations sponsor fund raising projects. Advisors must submit a fund raising form to the superintendent prior to the event.
Food Service Program. (a) Senior Cooks - Eight (8) hours excluding a thirty (30) minute uninterrupted lunch period. All Senior Cooks must possess a Serve Safe Certification. (Also, note that applicable Wage Guide shall be adjusted to reflect eight (8) hour work day.) (b) Assistant Cooks - Seven (7) hours excluding a thirty (30) minute uninterrupted lunch period. (This language is intended to match up with a Wage Guide to be based upon seven (7) hours). (c) Food Service Workers the work day for food service workers shall either be 8, 7, 6, or 3.5 hours per day, excluding a thirty (30) minute uninterrupted lunch period.
Food Service Program. The preparation and service of food to District’s students, staff, employees and authorized visitors. The Food Service Program may include, but is not limited to, the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), the School Breakfast Program (SBP), the Special Milk Program (SMP), the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), the After School Care Snack Program (ASCS), the Child/Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), and a la carte food service, which are a part of District’s educational activities.

  • Food Service If the Charter School offers food services on its own or through a third-party contract, the Charter School may apply directly to, and if approved, operate school nutrition programs with reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture, under supervision of the Tennessee Department of Education.

  • Food Services The School District will provide for all applicable Student meals as required by State and Federal law and School District rules and procedures as applicable when students attend a College site. Students may purchase food from College food service facilities when on the College campus.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any xxxx, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.
